| Bio: | Hmmm...about me. Well, I am me. Take me as I am. I'm not here to placate anybody, nor to entertain. If you don't like that, or me, sod off. Simple as that. I'm a 24 year-old paralegal. I currently work as a security officer while I spend all my spare time trying to figure out what I actually want to do with my life and getting nowhere fast. I would just love to someday be a writer, but I first need to sit down and focus on developing the discipline to sit down and focus on writing. We'll just see how that goes. I am a survivor and a fighter and proud of it. I live with the love of my life in a small house by a lake with our two dogs and two rats. Being one of the very few people in my life not to run screaming from the ghosts of my past, I love him unconditionally. I have strong feelings on abortion, homosexuality and religion, and deeply respect the opinions of others. I'm always up for a discussion or debate, but do not try to convert me and do not spout meaningless rants about how evil the first two things are. I'm pro-choice (with good reason--not that I need one) and some of my best friends have been gay. Need I say more? I like all music and dancing when the spirit moves me, going for long walks through the woods on my own, reading and writing. I miss my friends. I'm a dreamer at heart. I'm not afraid to fight vehemently for those I love, both people and causes. I'm passionate in all that I do, opinionated, yet one of the best fence-sitters you'll ever meet and incredibly indecisive. I'm smart but have a tendency to ramble, so I don't always spell things right and slaughter the concept of grammar often. I also don't care that much. I tend to be verbose, as this "mini-biography" clearly shows. I have suffered through anxiety, PTSD, depression, and various other forms of mental illness (both internally and externally...hahahaha, bonus points if you know what that means). Having come this far I've learned that life is too short to mince words, and that sanity is a relative term. I love to talk to anyone about anything, and am happy to help people out with their problems when they ask. Fair-weather friends are not welcome. If you want to read, read away.
